How our delivery process work

For orders placed within Bangladesh:
All orders are shipped via courier services within Bangladesh from our designated warehouse in Dhaka to your provided shipping address. Once you check out, a courier service will automatically be assigned to your order based on your shipping information.

For orders placed outside of Bangladesh:
We ship to your address via DHL Express from our warehouse in Dhaka.

Delivery Time Details

For Showroom Outfits:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 4 working days

For Customized Dresses:

  • Conveyance Time will rely upon the plans and alterations of the outfits!

        For Emergency Order:

Festivibe Team will attempt to follow through on client’s ideal time. In this case, additional charge will be added.
