ii. Availability

Please understand that our featured items offered are handcrafted and therefore in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability and nature of production, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on Festivibe.net is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us at 9am – 5pm Bangladesh time.

II. Product Information

Keep in mind, in consideration to laws of Bangladesh on shippable items, fragility and other constraints Festivibe.net does not carry every item that you would find in our stores. The prices displayed on the website, however, are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk.). Most Festivibe products displayed on the website are available in select Festivibe stores in Bangladesh while supplies last. In some cases, web merchandise may not be available in Bangladesh stores. Stores may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials, and do not reflect the pricing of Bangladesh stores.

i. Handcrafted

Festivibe products are handcrafted therefore we cannot guarantee that the product you see online and the purchased product will be exactly the same t though every effort is made for it to be a very close match.

ii. Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies of personal computer/laptop/tablet/hand-held devices/mobile, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate.

iii. Pricing

In the event an Festivibe product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information, Festivibe shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

All our product prices and services are subject to tax as applicable by laws of Bangladesh.

iv. Payment and Credit Note

Festivibe shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet charged within 14 working days from the date of your order placement. If your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Festivibe shall issue a credit note/refund the charged amount.

v. Shipping and Processing Fees

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate designated shipping companies in addition to cover for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the purchased products and delivering them to you. The risk of loss and title for items deliverable to you pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

From time to time there may be information on our Web Site or in our newsletter that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Delivery Time Details

For Showroom Outfits:

• Inside Dhaka:  2 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 4 working days

For Customized Dresses:

• Conveyance Time will rely upon the plans and alterations of the outfits!

For Emergency Order: Festivibe Team will attempt to follow through on client’s ideal time. In this case, additional charge will be added.

Refund and Returns Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or not the product you ordered, please return it to us and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Order must be checked in front of the delivery person (Inside Dhaka). We won’t accept the product after it has been delivered.
• If you find any defect and you think you need to return the product, return it to the delivery man as well as contact our Customer Service Team immediately with your order number, details, and an image of the faulty items received. (Inside Dhaka).
• If the product is damaged it must be informed immediately to our Customer Service Team along with an image of the faulty items upon receiving and returned within 2 days from the day the product has been received. (Outside Dhaka)
• Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner. However, there can be an exception (if the product is damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect).
• The used outfit will not be considered for exchange or refund.
• If the customer chooses or places an order by themselves and wants to return/change the product (except damaged products) the request will not be accepted.
• The shipping cost associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Festivibe Fashion (except the product is damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect).
• Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.
• Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

Verification: Once we receive your returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Product Development and Inspection Department. It will take 1-2 business days to verify the issue and after verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged or money will be refunded.
If the claim is not valid then Festivibe Fashion will not be liable to exchange or refund.

Refund
Cash On Delivery: If you had paid for your product by Cash On Delivery, after verification of your claim, we will arrange a refund through bKash or issue Festivibe Fashion store credit.

bKash: If you had paid for your product by bKash, you will get a refund to your bKash.

Online Payment: If you paid by Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, or Mobile Payment, we will issue a refund to the same payment method your originally used. Please note that it will be processed to your bank/card and will take 7-10 days to complete.
